This was a three hour pose, with a wipe-out half way through. My second attempt was a little better then my first though I am still not happy with it. Ah well, better painting next week.

I meant to submit to Illustration Friday last week for the word "lost", but didn't get it done on time.

Well it was an interesting challenge again, painting distortion through glass. The thing with looking through glass, is that the slightest shift in position changes everything.

This was a fun challenge and a subject that I will be interested in taking on again. I am a little disappointed in the value contrast...but that will be something that I will work on another day.

This was interesting in that there was almost now form shadow and so value shifts are quite subtle

I had to give the apple subject another go. I think that I like this one the best.
