# 216: Reclining Nude

I reworked the background, since i didn't have time to do a new painting today. I think taht it being more abstract works better in terms of supporting the figure

I think the painting of the figure went pretty well for the most part today. It is the background that stumped me

    there's a confident directness to most of the strokes on the body including the simple detail on the face and hair.
    Background is just support, so not much of an issue for me. Maybe a frame or window or something to break up the upper left corner a tad...
