The leading sunflower commands the scene, but it's the supporting cast that gives the band its staying power. Once again, simplicity is fascinating and arresting; found here on the backing flowers, and even on the Coke label. Love the sneaking colors on the glass and the background. The greens are at home everywhere you put them. nicely done.
Sunflowers are my favorite summer flower. Perhaps it's their color, or maybe their size, but who can't feel happy looking at them? I like how you create your petal shapes by placing dollops of rich color next to each other. Very impressionistic! The little bursts of red/orange in the sunflower are very satisfying as well as the lemon/lime that crests the tips of the uppermost flowers.
Wow. Just wow. Love this!
