# 55: A Private Conversation

Another color study and the last of the squash for a while.


  1. I like the shift in tone, color focus as we dip into the glass; particularly the petals.
    It's surprising to me that you're able to put in so much pure intense yellow and still have it sit well in the composition!
    everything looks firm and solid.
    nice work.


  2. Ilove the orange with pink overtones. The glass is beautiful and compliments everything else.

  3. i like how this painting seems to be telling a story. the daisy seems to be trying to avoid drowning in the cup, while the squash looks as if he's enjoying the sight (what a twisted squash!).
